摘要
分析了铝活塞在固溶处理过程中,共晶硅的溶断、粒化机理,以及过渡阶段所发生的粗化现象。试验结果表明,取消变质处理工艺,通过固溶处理控制共晶硅的粒化过程,可使铝活塞的机械性能超过国家规定的标准。
This paper deals with the mechanism of meltbreaking and granulation of the eutectic silicon in aluminium pistons during solid-solution treatment and its coarsening phenomenon in transition stage. The experimenntal results show that canceling the modification operation and through solid-solution treatment to control the granulation process of eutectic silicon may enhance the mechanical properties of aluminium pistons to surpass the national standards.
