摘要
对化学镀镍-磷-氟化石墨复合镀层工艺参数进行了探讨。包括优良表面活性剂的选择,镀液中氟化石墨微粒含量与镀层中微粒含量的关系以及操作条件的影响。提出一种具有实用价值的化学镀Ni-P-■CF■_n复合镀层工艺技术。镀液稳定,镀层质量优良。
A description of the research on the technological parameters for electroless nickel-phosphorus-fluorinated carbon composite coatings is given. Emphases are made on the selection of surfactant and the relationship between fluorinated carbon particle content in plating solution and that in coatings. An optimum plating solution is then recommended.
