摘要
提出了在Watts镀镍液中用丁二酸代替硼酸的镀镍新工艺。运用Hull Cell试验、小槽电镀、微分电容、阴极极化曲线、旋转圆盘电极、扫描电镜方法,检测了含有丁二酸镀镍液的性能。结果表明:在Watts镀镍液中,仅用1~2g/L的丁二酸取代硼酸,将使工艺适用的pH值范围更宽(3~4.5),阴极电流效率和沉积速度均有增加,所得到的镀层结晶更加光亮、细致,结构更为致密。推荐最佳工艺为(g/L):NiSO_4·6H_2O300,NiCl_2·6H_2O 50,丁二酸1~2,糖精2.5,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1,光亮剂4ml/L。t=45~55℃,pH=3.0~4.5,D_k=0.5~5.0A/dm^3。
A new nickel electroplating technology using succinic acid instead of boric acid is proposed. The effects of succinic acid on the performance of electrolyte was investigated. The results showed that the use of only 1~2 g/L succinic acid in Watts electrolyte extended the working pH region of the process and increases considerably the cathodic current efficiency and depositing rate. And the nickel deposit exhibited a bright, uniform and dense appearance.
