摘要
研究了3%NaCl溶液中碳-铜短路体系的接触腐蚀行为。测定了铜片与碳棒以各种面积比进行短路接触时铜的腐蚀电流、电偶电流和腐蚀电位。结果表明,该腐蚀属阴极氧去极化型腐蚀,与不锈钢-碳钢短路体系的腐蚀行为非常相似。同时还用极化测量对该溶液中碳-铜短路体系的接触腐蚀及其缓蚀剂的评定方法进行了探讨,取得了较好的结果。
Contact corrosion of carbon-copper couple in 3% NaCl aqueous solution had been studied. Galvanic current of couple, corrosion current and corrosion potential of copper were measured, which were functions of surface area ratio of carbon to copper (A_c/A_(cu)). Results indicated that the corrosion belonged in cathodic oxygen depolarization corrosion,just like that of carbon steel-stainless steel couple. The evaluation method for contact corrosion and inhibitors of C-Cu couple was discussed.
