摘要
研究了石墨探针原子化测定土壤中铅与镍的方法.该法的检出限、灵敏度和抗干扰能力都优于普通的管壁原子化法,可不经化学分离直接测定土壤消化液中的铅与镍。提出了一个关联分析方法各基本评价指标的新的评价函数,可用来对分析方法进行综合评价。
A method of determination for Pb and Ni in soil using probe atomization technique was investigated. The advantages of the probe atomization over the tube wall atomization used currently are obvious in terms of detection limit, sensitivity and relative freedom from interferences. Pb and Ni in digestion solution of soil were determined directly by this method without chemical preseparation. A new evaluation formula combined with various basic parameters characterizing analytical method was presented. It is possible to evaluate analytical method comprehensively by this new formula.
