摘要
本文阐述北京第二机床厂独立制造岛加工的箱体零件结构要素的统计分析结果。对箱体零件要素的分类及其参数的确定进行了描述。从生产系统的优化考虑,根据统计分析结果将141种不同的箱体零件所有结构要素进行了成组化、简化和标准化。最后,文章论述了零件统计分析的应用对规划设计生产系统的重要作用。
This paper presents the results of statistical analysis of cases-parts ma-chined in an autonomous manufacturing island of Beijing Machine Tool Works No. 2. The classification of case parts-elements and the definition of its para-meters are described. According to the results of statistical analysis, all ele-ments of 141 different cases-parts have grouped, simplified and standardized in view of optimizing the manufacturing-systems Finally, the importance of its application for planning the manufacturing systems has been discussed.
