摘要
根据线性扫描伏安法的基本原理和有关的实验技术提出酸性和碱性化学镀镍液中Ni^(2+)和次磷酸钠浓度的快速测定法。实验结果表明,在酸性条件下次磷酸钠与过量Fe^(3+)发生定量的氧化还原反应,通过测定反应后剩余的Fe^(3+)浓度即可得出相应的次磷酸钠浓度。Fe^(3+)和Ni^(2+)浓度可用线性扫描伏安法快速测定,并能得到令人满意的结果。DD系列电镀参数测试仪是本实验的良好仪器。
The repid methods for determination of Ni^(2+) and sodium hypophosphite concentrations in acidic and basic electroless Ni plating baths have been suggested based on the basic principle of linear sweep voltammetry and relative technique. The experimental results showed that redox reaction of sodium hypophosphite with excess of Fe^(3+) occured by the same equivalent in acidic medium,so that, sodium hypophosphite concentration can be oblained by means of determination of surplus Fe^(3+) concentration after reaction. Linear sweep voltammetry is capable of determining Fe^(3+) and Ni^(2+) rapidly and of obtaining satisfactory results.
