天然蛋白水解物对碳钢在硫酸介质中的缓蚀性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了棉饼、人发、明胶、鱼粉等几种天然蛋白水解物对A3钢在硫酸介质中的缓蚀行为。结果表明,上述天然蛋白水解物对碳钢在硫酸介质中具有优良的缓蚀性能。当添加浓度达到0.3%时,缓蚀率为95%左右;在实验的温度和酸浓度范围内,缓蚀率随酸浓度和温度的增加有不同程度的增加。电化学研究结果表明上述天然蛋白水解物属混合型缓蚀剂。 Corrosion inhibition performances of several natural protein hydrolysates such as cottonseed cake,human hair, gelatin and fish meal for A3 carbon steel in sulphuric acid medium were researched. Results showed that above natural protein hydrolysates had excellent corrosion inhibition performances for carbon steel in sulphuric acid medium. Their corrosion inhibition rates could come to 95% about when their concentration amounted to 0.3%. Under conditions of experiment laboratory, their corrosion inhibition rates would add to some extent with the concentration of acid increasing or temperature raising. Results of electrochemical measurement showed that above natural protein hydrolysates belonged in mixed type inhibitors.
