摘要
在自制的动态电化学磨蚀装置上,对高铬镍不锈钢J_1合金进行了动态磨蚀行为研究,并进行了钝化膜结构与组成的分析。研究表明:材料的耐磨蚀性能与介质的性质,流量,固相颗粒度等因素有关,对于有钝化能力的材料,其膜的耐磨蚀性是首要的;利用静态、动态阳极极化曲线的钝化电流差值,可以评估材料耐动态磨蚀的性能。
The dynamic abrasion behavior of J_1 high Ni-Cr stainless steel was studied with a dynamic electrochemical abrasion tester made by authors. The construction and cornposition of the passive film was determined with AES and XPS. Results showed that the abrasion resistance of material was related to property and rate of flow of the medium as well as the graininess of the solid. It was the most important that the passive film of the material which could be passived should have good abrasion resistance. The dynamic abrasive performance of the material could be estimated hy difference between passive current of static anodic polarization curve and that of dynamic anodic polarization curve.
