摘要 采用实验法,探讨支链氨基酸(BCAA)对划船运动员不同负荷运动后丙氨酸--葡萄 糖循环的影响。结果表明,补充BCAA影响丙氨酸-葡萄糖循环代谢中酶的活性,促进运动中及 恢复期丙氨酸-葡萄糖循环,有利于糖的异生、提高运动耐力、延缓疲劳发生和促进运动后疲劳 的消除。 By using the method of experiment,this paper discusses the effect of branched chain amino acid supplementation on alanine-glucose cycle after different training load. The result shows that the supplementation of branched chain amino acid affects the enzyme activity of alanine-glucose cycle, promotes the circle of alanine-glucose during training and recovery, increases the endurance,postpones the occur of fatigue and recovery after training.
