摘要
采用SDS自评抑郁量表、父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)和自编体育锻炼情况调查表,探 讨大学生体育锻炼、父母教养方式对抑郁情绪的影响。结果表明:1)抑郁水平、精神性情感症状、 躯体障碍及精神运动性障碍与大学生体育锻炼的次数以及时间不呈相关,抑郁的心理障碍与大 学生的体育锻炼时间呈较低的相关;2)父母教养方式中的父母情感温暖、理解与大学生的抑郁 呈显著的负相关;惩罚、严厉与大学生的抑郁呈显著的正相关;母亲的过分干涉、过度保护、父亲 的拒绝、否认与大学生的抑郁均呈显著的正相关。结论:体育锻炼与大学生的抑郁情绪不呈相 关,但父母教养方式与大学生的抑郁情绪有关,父母应该适当调整教养方式。
By using the Self-depression evaluation table, parents nurture pattern questionnaire and self- creativity physical activity questionnaire, this paper discusses the effects of physical activity and parents nurture pattern on depression of college students. The result shows that the level of depression, mental emotional symptom, physical inability and mental motion inability has no relationship with the time and frequency of participating in physical activity for college students. The mental obstacle of depression has low relationship with the time of physical activity. The warm heart and understanding in parents nurture pattern has significant negatively relationship with depression of college students. Punishment and severity has positively relationship with depression. The over intervention and overprotection of parents,the father's refusal has positively relationship with depression. It suggests that physical activity has no relationship with depression of college students, but the pattern of parents nurture has relationship with depression. Parents should adjust their nurture pattern.
