摘要 预先向铁基体渗氢或选用氢扩散系数小的材料为铬镀层的基体,可阻碍电镀时产生的氢向基体扩散。降低电流密度和溶液温度,均可促进铬镀层由晶态向非晶态转变,该转变是由氢引起的。 The effect of hydrogen on the structural transformation of Cr deposit from crystalline to non-crystalline state was investigated by pre-charging of hydrogen in iron substrate. Two kinds of substrates materials with different hydrogen diffusion coefficients were also selected for comparison. The results showed that decreasing in current density and bath temperature could promote the structural transformation of Cr coating from crystalline to non-crystalline state.
