摘要
随着世界食品开发、生产、销售的迅猛发展,研究和建立食品微生物速测方法以加强对食品卫生安全的监测越来越受到各国科学家的重视.特别是1973年以来,关于食品微生物检测快速方法的国际专题讨论会每三年举行一次,2003年举行了第十一次会议.该会展示了微生物快速检测的新技术、新方法,指出了食品卫生监测的发展趋势.
With the rapid development of food production and sales in the world, study and the establishment of food microbe quick testing methods to strengthen the monitoring of food hygiene and safety is increasingly paid attention to by the scientists in various countries. Some new technique and methods of microbe quick detection were showed in recently.
