摘要
以热休克阻止受精卵第1次卵裂进行斑节对虾四倍体诱导实验.结果表明:热休克温度为38~41℃,处理起始时间在受精后20~30min,处理持续时间为1~2min,四倍体诱导率为4.1%~47.6%.
An experiment was made on inducing the tertraploidy of Penaeus monodon through preventing the zygote from the first cleavage division by heat shock.The results showed that when temperature was at 38—41℃ during heat shock,and the treatment was started from 20—30 min after being fertilized and lasted for 1—2 min,the inducing rate of tertraploidy embryos was within 4.1%—47.6%.
