摘要
排球意识是影响运动员技战术水平的重要因素,本文在分析排球意识的形成过程和影响因素的基础上,提出了培养排球意识的方法。
Volleyball consciousness is the important factor that affects the level of athletes'tactics, this paper has put forward the method of training volleyball consciousness on the basis of analyzing the volleyball consciousness formation and the influencing factors.
