针对近年来中国体坛上不断出现的运动员违纪现象,提出在新时期应从思想、文化、管理三个环节入手大力加强运动员的教育管理工作,为促进中国体育的腾飞做出贡献。

In recent years in Chinese sport field, the violation phenomena of athletes are increasingly arising. In according to this, the writer puts forward that in new period the athletes educational management work be strengthened from the three aspects of thought, culture and management to promote the leap of Chinese sport.
