河北省教师健康状况体质调研及对策研究

Investigations and Study on the Health of Teachers in Hebei Province as Well as Countermeasures

主要采用调查法、问卷法,对河北省教师健康状况进行调研。通过对既往病史、个人生活史、工作强度及工作条件进行问卷调查,了解河北省教师健康状况,为今后改善河北省教师工作条件提供理论依据。研究结论,河北省教师尤其是农村地区教师健康状况堪忧。进一步指出了影响教师健康状况的因素,并提出了改善教师健康状况的相应对策。

The authors investigate and study the health of teachers in Hebei Province in the form of investigation and questionnaire to give theoretical basis for improving working conditions of Hebei teachers. The conclusion is that Hebei teachers are poor in health, especially in rural areas. This paper points out the main factors affecting the health of teachers and puts forward some countermeasures of improving it.
