With investigation and interviews, and the methods such as making CAI courseware and teaching experiment, the writer checks the teaching effect of the volleyball basic technical movements courseware. The result shows that using the courseware can improve teaching effect evidently and meets the need of development of sport science and technology and of the volleyball technical teaching.
