基于荧光多元猝灭响应原理的膜传感器测定正己烷中的噻吩、正辛硫醇及单质硫

摘要 为研究测定石油制品中藏化物的光纤化学传感器提供实验基础。用溶胶-凝胶法制备芘丁酸-二氧化硅敏感膜(试剂项),根据荧光多元猝灭响应的原理分别测定正己烷中噻吩、正辛硫醇及单质硫的含量。结果:噻吩、正辛硫醇及单质硫分别在10.6-265μg/ml、0.84-16.80μg/ml、0.75-15.0μg/ml浓度范围内与lg(F0/F)成线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9984、0.9981、0.9993。检出限分别为10.6μg/ml、0.81μg/ml、0.75μg/ml,平均回收率分别为105.0±7.7%、103.2±7.5%、97.5±1.4%。结论:用芘丁酸-二氧化硅试剂相分别测定正已烷溶液中的噻吩、正辛硫醇及单质硫的含量可取得较好的精密度,回收率和可逆度。 The paper describes the obet of the experiment which offers a method of determination of thiophene,n-Octylthiol and Sulfur in oil,and the methods used in if the pyrenebutyric asid-Silica reagent phase was prepared by Sol-Gel technique. Determination of thiophene,n-Octylthiol Sulfur and in n-hexane was based on fluorescence multiple quenching,and the results of if the linear ranging of thiophene, n-Octylthiol,Sulfur was respectively 10. 6-265μg/ml,0. 84-16. 80μg/ml, 0. 75- 15. 0μg/ml and the correlation respectively was 0. 9984、0. 9981、0.9993.The detection limit was respectively 10. 6μg/ml、 0.75μg/ml and the mean recoveries were respectively 105.0±7. 7%、103. 2±7.5%,103. 2±7.5%. Conclusion:Good results were obtained by pyrenebutyric acil-Silica membrane sensor.
