摘要
本文介绍了地震预警的含义、地震预警的类型、增加地震宣传透明度和缩短地震报道时间的重要性。其中预警的科学内涵包括 :对地震和地震灾害可能性的预测、对可能发生的地震和地震灾害的社会公众警戒。地震预警类型包括 :地震中长期预测与地震重点监视防御区的确定、年度地震重点危险区预测和危险性警戒、短期地震预测与警戒、震时警戒系统、震时应急系统和地震动模型预警系统。
Meaning and types of early warning of earthquakes, clarity of dissemination and quickly reporting earthquake news are introduced in this paper. Early warning of earthquakes include predicting earthquakes and its hazard, early warning of society about probable earthquakes and its hazard. Types of early warning include long and medium-term earthquake prediction, determination of annual earthquake monitoring and protection regions, short-term earthquake prediction, early warning system during the earthquakes as well as the emergency system, and early warning system of ground motion modeling.
