摘要
采用正交试验设计,研究了三种植物激素(NAA、BA、GA3)的5个水平对“超白”马铃薯茎段的愈伤组织生长和分化的影响,筛选了一种可一次诱导茎段分化出芽的培养基。试验结果表明,对茎段再生影响最大的植物激素是NAA,其次是BA,再次为GA3。最佳激素配比为NAA0.25mg/L+BA1.5mg/L+GA37mg/L。
The L25(56)orthogonal design was adopted to find a peculiar plant hormone combination that could make our explants regenerate directly. Three plant hormones(NAA,BA and GA3)were applied at five different levels to study how they influenced the growth and differentiation of “Super White” callus. The results indicated that the most effective plant hormones on stem regeneration was NAA,next was BA,and then GA3. The optimal medium used for stem cutting shoots regeneration had proved to be MS + NAA 0.25 mg/L + BA 1.5mg/L + GA3 7 mg/L.
