摘要
介绍了24LC256EEPROM芯片的特点及主要功能,描述了其引脚定义、工作原理以及读写操作。给出了它与MCS-51单片机的接口电路及典型的应用程序。
First, an in-depth introduction on 24LC256 EEPROM character and main function was given, and its pin function and working principle and reading or writing operation was described. Second, the interface between 51 series single chip microcomputer and 24LC256 was interpreted. At last, the application circuit and typical program was given.
