枣树根尖染色体观察方法初报

The First Report On Observing Method Of Jujuba's root cap's Chromo seme

探讨枣树根尖染色体的观察方法。用常规铁矾苏木精染色法和去壁低渗铁矾苏木精染色法分别对枣树根尖进行染色处理,比较染色体观察效果,实验结果表明用常规铁矾苏木精染色法对枣树根尖处理,制片容易,效果较好。对枣树根尖染色体观察较为适合。

In order to discuss the method of observing Jujuba's root cap's chromo seme,Root tip of Jujuba is coloured with the common Iron(Ⅱ) Sulfate-Hematoxylin colouring method and the Iron(Ⅱ) Sulfate-Hematoxylin colouring method of low osmosising after removing the lell wall,then the root tip was coloured separately,compared with the effects of chromosome.The result shows that the root tip coloured with the common Iron(Ⅱ) Sulfate-Hematoxylin colouring method has a better effect,and is more suitabe for observing of Jujuba's root tip' chromosome.
