一类高炉出铁水的冲渣自动跟踪系统

摘要 针对一类高炉出铁水冲渣系统难以实现冲水量自动跟踪炼铁废料量的闭环控制问题,提出了采用基于仿人智能的自适应控制策略,讨论了控制结构模式、任务与参数自适应控制算法。系统投运效果表明:该算法在类似的不确定性自动跟踪系统中应用的有效性、鲁棒性好,跟踪精度高。 Aiming at the closed loop control problem of water rushing waste material system for making iron-out in furnace,this paper pointed out it was difficult to realize auto tracing iron making waste material by means of adjusting water quantity.It presented a kind of self-adoptive control strategy based on Human Simulation Intelligent Controller. In this paper ,it was discussed to control structure mode ,task and self-adoptive algorithm of parameter. The running effect of system showed that it was better in robustness, higher in tracing accuracy ,valuable in engineering application and more effective in similar uncertainty auto tracing system.
