The Aptitudinal Traffic System is a type of newfashioned system that integrates communication technology into transportation.This paper discusses the multimedia and network communication technology which used in the Traffic System,such as wireless communication,video frequency,ATM,and so on.This paper also gives some examples of the multimedia communication system used in the Aptitudinal Traffic system.
