业绩评价标准的选择作为激励机制设计的基础环节,直接影响着激励机制的成功与否,进而决定在满足经营者利益的同时能否实现投资者利益最大化。因此,业绩评价标准应尽量使评价结果剔除噪音的影响,能更真实地反映经营者的努力程度。标准分为内外部标准,两种标准的选择应综合考虑标准选择的成本、标准所含信息量的大小、经营者对标准制定过程的影响程度等因素。

Being a necessary link in designing incentive mechanism, choosing performance evaluation standards can be closely related to the successful operation of that mechanism, which somewhat decides the investors' profit maxmization as well as management benefit satisfaction. Therefore, performance evaluation standards should be made to truthfully reflect the management performance to the largest extent with the exclusion of noises. Such standard generally falls into inside and outside types, taking into the account the cost of designing,the amount of information and manager's influence in the process of designing, etc.
