摘要
研究了氯化钾型光亮镀锌体系中,铈对镀层耐蚀性的影响。发现当电解液中铈盐含量约0.2 g/L时,镀层耐蚀性最好。用分光光度法测定镀层中铈含量,表明铈已进入了镀层。用X-射线衍射对镀层进行结构分析,发现进入镀层的微量铈能使锌结晶晶面产生择优取向作用,从而初步阐明了铈对锌镀层的耐蚀机理。还研究了微量铈对电解液工艺性能的影响,论述了本研究在工业生产中的应用前景。
The experimental results showed that the coating a relatively high corrosion resistance with electrolyte containing 0.2% cerious salt. The small amount of cerium entering the coating could result in preferred orientation of Zinc crystal. The effective mechanism of cerium on corrosion resistance of Zinc coating was then explained.
