摘要
如何使农民收入长期稳定的增长,是当前经济生活中的一个重要问题。综观影响农民收入的诸要 素,提高农村人力资本的质量是增加农民收入的根本途径,而缓解这一状况的主要措施是增加教育投资, 建设农村教育体系。
To maintain the long-term and stable growth of peasants' income is an important issue in the current economic practice. Considering all elements affecting peasents income, the paper finds improving the quality of human resource to be the essential approach to increasing their income in the rural areas. This demands the addition of educational investment and the construction of rural educational system.
