摘要
以橡胶树高产品系RRIM600为对照,分析与比较了10个新品系的3龄幼树的干胶产量、排胶初速度、堵塞指数,胶乳中的干胶、蔗糖、硫醇、无机磷、镁离子含量,以及蔗糖转化酶活性等生理参数,对其产胶特性作初步的评析,并认为:热试99-2、热试99-5、热试99-6、热试99-8、热试99-9、热试99-10等品系的试割产量高、胶乳生理状况良好,显示出了良好的产胶潜力。
An attempt was made to evaluate initially the characteristics of latex-production of ten three-year-old new rubber clones with RRIM600 as control. Eleven clones were test tapped and determined in terms of physiological parameters such as yield, initial flow rate, plug index, dry rubber content, sucrose, thiol, phosphorus, Mg2+ and sucrose invertase activity. The analysis of the physiological parameters showed that Reshi 99-2, Reshi 99-5, Reshi 99-6, Reshi 99-8, Reshi 99-9 and Reshi 99-10 had a higher yield and better latex physiological parameters during the test tapping period, suggesting good latex regenerating.
