摘要
结合卧虎山铁矿开采的实际和爆破特点,提出用大块率、单位炸药消耗量、炮孔延米爆破量、电铲效率作为该矿爆破效果的评价指标。为改善爆破效果,采取了一系列措施,如确定合理的爆破参数,采用间隔装药结构,控制起爆顺序和微差时间等,从而使大块率得到了有效控制,提高了电铲效率,降低了爆破费用。
In combination with the practice and the blasting features of ore/rock in Wohushan Open-pit Iron Mine, some indices of evaluating the blasting effect are presented, such as boulder yield,the consumption of unit explosive, the blasted volume per meter-of-hole and the efficiency. of electric shovel. In order to improve the blasting effect, a series of measures are taken, such as fixing reasonable blasting parameters, employing space loading structure, controlling detonating sequence and short-delay time of blasting, hence to effectively control boulder yield and increase the efficiency of electric shovel, decrease the blasting cost.
