摘要
痄腮病名最早出现于宋代 ,《幼幼新书》作“诈 思页”、“胙 思页” ,《证类本草》作“吒腮”。其后在中医文献中又出现了多种写法及异名。参考《玉篇》、《广韵》、《集韵》等训诂专著 ,以训诂学中因声求义、以形说义的原则为指导 ,并结合疾病特征 ,试图深入剖析“痄腮”一名的源与流 ,以揭示其真正的内涵。同时结合现代医学的有关认识 。
In this paper, the author deals with the origin, transformation and the real meaning of the Chinese term 'zha sai' (mumps). Based on the insight of modern medicine, the author also presents a brief analysis on the origin of its term in western medicine.
