Analysis on the Influence on the Securities Business to the Investment Management of the Insurance Company

随着世界保险业的竞争日益加剧 ,其证券投资业务已成为保险公司资产运营中非常重要的一部分。证券市场的发展拓宽了保险资金的运用渠道 ,提高了保险公司偿付能力和资产收益 ,同时也防范和化解了其经营风险。本文从理论角度论述了证券市场对保险公司投资管理的影响 ,并结合我国实际 ,认为我国应大力促进保险公司投资证券化。

With the competition of the international insurance market becoming more and more fierce, the securities investment operations have become the most important part in the assets operation of the insurance company. The development of the securities market expanded the ways of operating the insurance funds. and enhanced the solvency and revenue of the insurance company. Also it can help the insurance company to resist and eliminate the operation risk. In this paper, I had discussed the influence on the securities markets to the investment management of the insurance company, and came to the conclusion that we should expand securitilization of the investment of the insurance company.
