摘要
目前,在航空发动机的高温合金和不锈钢的钎焊中,常用的高温钎料为Ni-Cr-Si-B系合金,因为它有良好的高温综合性能。但是由于Si和B的含量较高,使得这种钎料很脆,无法轧制变形.起初只能以粉状或膏状使用。近来为使用方便,出现了粘带钎料。
The author has started to develop Ni-Cr-Si-B series binding brazing ribbon since 1978 and a type of binding brazing ribbon was successfully developed. The ribbon was used to braze some engine parts and the engine passed 400-hour continuous test run. The author described how to make the ribbon-like brazing material and the whole binding brazing ribbon. The recommended brazing process was put forward. Mechanical tests on various ribbon and brazed joints (including tensile and shear strength under room temperature and high temperature) show that the developed brazing ribbon NLNi-11Z has the same performance as the Amdry-915 made in U.S.A.
