There are distinct differences in criminal investigation system between China and France due to different political systems, law systems and judicial systems. It is of great significance to conduct a comparative research on criminal investigation system between China and France, analyze their similar and different aspects and draw lessons from France' s good experience for reforming and improving our country's criminal investigation system.
