摘要
DZ22合金的废料(浇冒口、废零件等)经过专门处理制成返回合金锭。研究表明,其化学成分、显微组织和力学性能与新料锭无明显差异,用它浇注薄壁空心叶片,冶金质量不降低。本研究认为,含Hf的DZ22合金返回料可用于生产叶片。
DZ22 alloy scrap such as runer, riser and rejected parts has been specially melted to make reverted al-loy ingots.This study shows that its chemistry including impurities and gas content,micrestructure and me-chanical properties are similar to those of virgin alloy ingots.The metallurgical quality of the thin wall hol-low blades which were Cast Using the reverted alloy ingots have not degraded.It is considered that Hf-bear-ing DZ22 reverted alloy ingot may be used in blade production.
