摘要
本文研究了螺纹滚压强化对300M钢螺纹疲劳寿命的影响,并利用X射线应力分析仪、扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)分析了其强化机制。研究结果表明:螺纹滚压强化的结果使疲劳强度极限从σ_(0.1)=250MPa提高到σ_(0.1)=448MPa;强化层内存在很高的宏观残余压应力、强化层的位错密度增加及表面粗糙区的降低是提高疲劳强度的主要因素。
The Influence of screw rolling strengthening on 300M steel screw fatigue life has been investigated inthis paper.The strengthening mechanism was studied also by means of X-ray stress analyzer、SEM andTEM.It was shown that the fatigue strength limitation of the specimen σ_(0.1)=250MPa was improved to σ_(0.1)=448MPa by screw rolling stringthening.The high macroscopic compressive residual stress、the increase indislocation density on the strengthening layer and the decrease in the screw surface roughness were the majorfactors to enhance fatigue strength.
