本文提出了一种用多晶X射线衍射仪检测单晶高温合金三维晶体取向的方法,并用该方法对一种单晶高温合金进行检测试验,结果表明这种方法准确、方便、费用低。该方法也适用于其它单晶材料的三维晶体取向的测定。

A method of the determination of single crystal 3-dimensional orientations using X-ray diffractometerhas been developed,and used to determine single crystal superalloy 3-dimensional orientations.The resultsindicate that the method is precise.adaptable and cheap.
