摘要
通过对温州市平阳县水头镇皮革业污水污染现状调查及原因进行分析，提出如何从宏观政策措施和微观治理技术两方面进行治理和改进．
By investigating the pollution status caused by leather wastewater in Shuitou town,Pingyang county,Wenzhou city,the leather capital of China,and a nalyzing its reasons,this paper puts forward the ways to deal with the pollutio n and improve the environment with measures of policy and technology for treatme nt.
