摘要
本文采用电化学及物相分析技术研究了NiAl和NiAi(Fe)金属间化合物在熔融NaCl-(Na,K)_2SO_4中的腐蚀行为及溅射CoCrAlY涂层对NiAi(Fe)耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,NiAl和NiAl(Fe)合金的耐蚀性能极差,硫化-氧化是合金腐蚀破坏的根据本原因。合金表面不能形成Al_2O_3保护层,Al的氧化相反会加速合金腐蚀。向NiAl合金中添加Fe可在一定程度上改善NiAi(Fe)的耐蚀性能。
Electrochemical techniques combined with physical analysis techniques were employed to study hot cor-rosion of NiAl and NiAl (Fe) intermetallic compunds,and effects of sputtered CoCrAlY coating on hot cor-resion of NiAl (Fe)in molten NiCl - (Na,K)_2SO_4 melt.It is shown that hot corrosion resistunce of NiAland NiAl (Fe) are rather inferior,and sulfidation-oxidation is responsible for the accelerated corrosion.The addition of Fe to NiAl alloy may improve its hot corrosion resistance.The sputtered CoCrAlY coatingmay greatly improve hot corrosion resistance of NiAl (Fe).
