摘要
本文研究了在高速系列Charpy冲击试验中试样的瞬态变形以及惯性力的作用。当冲击速率从5m/s增加到40m/s时,试样受压应力一侧第一应力脉冲为正应力,且不断增大。试样受力分为两个部分:动态载荷与惯性力。惯性力按正弦规律变化。可以按波峰与波谷平均的方法来消除惯性力的影响。对于脆性状态,必须考虑惯性力的影响。试样上和摆锤刀口上的应力信号差一个位相。
The instantaneous deformation and inertia force of a series of high velocity Charpy impact test are de-scribed in the paper.The first stress pulse on the back side of specimen is positive and it increases as the in-crease of loading rate from 5 to 40m/s.The force exerted on the specimen is divided into two parts:thedynamic force and the inertia force which changes following the Sin law. The influence of inertia forcecan he eliminated by balancing the values of peak and valley on the stress ourves.For brittle state the iner-tia force must be considered.There is a phase difference between the stress signals on the pendulum edgeand specimen.
