摘要
本文根据作动筒铰链接头的几何结构特点、技术要求,确定了超塑性等温精锻工艺为最佳成型工艺方案。文中概要介绍了在5×10~4kN液压机上实现新工艺时的金属流动和模具结构特性。经试验确定了较佳变形温度约为450℃,应变速率为5.9×10^(-4)s^(-1)~1.7×10^(-2)s^(-1),较佳毛坯外形尺寸和润滑剂。最后分析了精锻件上产生缺陷的原因和消除缺陷的方法。用新工艺生产的精锻件质量有很大提高,并具有明显的经济效益。
In this paper according to the character of the geometric structure and the technical requirement of themovement berrel hinge joint, the process of superplastic isothermal precision forging is proved to be thebest forming way.The metal flow situation of the new process performed in a 5×10~4kN hydropress andthe character of the die structure are introduced simply.Through a series of experiments,some of process-ing perameters such as blank size and lubricant are gained.The better demformation temperature is about450℃.The better strain rate is about 5.9×10^(-4)s^(-1)~1.7×10^(-2)s^(-1).Finally, the reason of producingfaults in precision forgings and the way of getting rid of the faults are analysed.The quality of the preci-aion forgings produced by the new process is raised greatly,meanwhile the economic benefit of the new pro-cess obvious.
