Ways for Improving the Hydration Resistance of CaO Refractories Used in the Filtration of Steel Melt

本文从提高钢液冶金质量的角度讨论了钢洲过滤用CaO耐火材料的冶金特性及其存在的问题;评述了改善CaO耐火材料抗水化性的各种途径;指出,用化学添加剂方法提高CaO的抗水化性是可行而又经济的。

From the point of improving the metallurgical quality of steel melt, the metallurgical characteristic ofCaO refractories, and its disadvantages have been discussed.The various ways for improving the hydrationresistance of CaO refractories are summarized and commented on, and it is proposed in this paper thatadding chemical additions for improving the hydration resistance of CaO refractories is feasible and econom-ic.
