The importance of risk research on folk capital investment and financing for city′s infrastructure construction was discussed.Several stages of project financing risk were introduced and based on that various kinds of factors of financing risk and how to share the risk rationally between government department and folk capital were proposed.Finally,the quantitative analysis model of the project risk is set up for reference.
