摘要
本文叙述了单晶涡轮叶片在真空热处理过程中表面贫铬层的形成及其控制方法,指出:在真中热处理过程中通入高纯氩气可使贫铬层深度降到50μm以下。
In this paper,the formation and control of Cr-depleted surface layer during vacuum heat treatmentof single crystal blades is described.It is shown that when filling argon into the vacuum heat treatment fur-nace during hedting blades the Crb-depleted layer may be controlled as less than 50μm.
