Theoretical Analyses of and Experimental Study on Stripping Process of Stripper Harvester

对摘穗式联合收割机摘脱过程的4个阶段进行了理论分析,得出了一些数学关系式;设计了摘脱试验台,并利用摘脱试验台进行了单因素试验,得出了一定的数据和分析结果,从而有利于摘穗式联合收割机的进一步设计、改进,而且为收割机的田间作业提供了参考。

The four phases of stripping process of a stripper combine were analysed theoretically, and some mathematical equations were deduced. Then a experimental stripper was designed, by which some single-factors experiments were made. From the experiments, some data and analyses were concluded. All of these are advantaged for the design, improvement of the Stripper Combine, and provided some references for the Stripper Combines working in the fields. [
