摘要
利用高温金相、热处理等手段测定了飞机起落架用超高强度钢300M的奥氏体相变再结晶温度。试验结果表明,300M钢的奥氏体相变再结晶发生在一温度区间,此温度区间的高低受加热方式、原始组织的影响。根据试验结果,确定了消除300M钢低倍粗晶的热处理工艺。
The austenite recrystallization temperature of 300M, an ultrahigh-strength steel used for landing gearof airplane, has been determined by means of high-temperature metalloscope and heat-treatment.The re-sults show that the austenite recrystallization of 300M steel appears within a range of temperature,which isaffected by the rate of re-heating and prior structure of steel.The heat-treatment processes are suggested toeliminate the coared macro-grain of 300M steel in terms of the experimental results.
