热辐射对热电偶测温响应时间的数值积分确定

摘要 一般温度的测量,只考虑对流换热对热电偶测温的影响,未考虑热辐射对热电偶测温的影响。而进行高温测量时,辐射较强,热辐射对热电偶测温的准确性有较大影响。通过研究热辐射对热电偶测温的影响,给出热电偶温度随时间变化的积分曲线,并对热电偶测温准确性进行讨论。 General temperature measurement only considers the effect of convection and conduction on the thermocouple measurement and not consider the effect of thermal radiation.But when measuring high temperature,thermal radiation is stronger and has the great influence on the thermocouple accuracy of measuring temperature.According to the study which thermal radiation effects on the thermocouple measurement,this paper gives a thermocouple temperature at any time the integral calculus curve of a variety,and discusses the accuracy of the thermocouple measuring.
