The Variation of γ' Phase and Its Influence in Superalloy GH37

本文根据GH37合金涡轮叶片延寿研究工作中的结果,讨论了γ’相的尺寸、数量、稳定性、形状、化学组成以及它们对合金的性能和组织的影响,提出了使用叶片恢复热处理等调整途径。

The dimension,amount,stability,contour and chemical composition of γ' phase as well as their influ-ences on microstructures and properties in superalloy GH37 were discussed in this paper based on the resultsfrom serving life research of turbine blade made of superalloy GH37.The modification measures,such asrecovery heat treatment,were mentioned.
