怒江州中元小流域退耕地现状及其开发模式探讨

PRESENT SITUATION AND EXPLOITATION MODES OF THE UPLAND IN THE ZHONGYUAN MICROWATERSHED IN NUJIANG PREFECTURE, YUNNAN

通过实地调查,对农户及有关林业部门技术人员的访谈,了解中元小流域退耕还林(草)工程实施情况和退耕地现状,分析其耕地分布特点和种植情况,探讨退耕还林(草)步骤和退耕地开发模式,以期达到山地的综合利用,顺利实施国家的退耕还林工程,解决农户的生计问题,最终促进中元流域经济、社会、生态的协调发展。

A project of returning the cultivated plots on upland to forestry has been implemented in Yunnan. The present situation of the upland at the Zhongyuan micro watershed in Nujiang prefecture is investigated through field survey and interviews with peasant households and forestry technicians. The characteristics of the distribution of the cultivated land and crops are analysed. It is considered that there might be two types of conversion of the cultivated plots. The fist is operation type including three modes, which are farmer household stock forestry farm, individual contract forestry farm, and forestry company plus farmer household; the second is upland forest planting type including six modes, which are afforestation in valley, afforestation at middle elevation zone, afforestation at high elevation zone, 'Forest-Fruit' system, 'Forest-Grass-Domestic animal' system, and 'Forest-Herbal medicine-Wild vegetable' system.
