摘要
讨论了建设项目在投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段和项目实施阶段以及竣工结算阶段实行全过程的管理方法:以主动控制为主要手段结合被动控制,把建设项目的投资控制在批准的投资限额内,保证项目管理目标的实现。力求以最少的人力、物力、财力,保质、保量、按期完成任务,取得较好的投资效益。
The project cost management mentioned here is a whole procedure management in the stages of investment decision, design, bid, project implementation and construction settling accounts, taking initiative control as a major method combining with passive control, limiting project investment to the ratified investment norm to ensure the realization of the project management aim. Strive to get better investment benefit with the least consumption of manpower, material and finance and guarantee to carry out the project both quality and quantity.
